I seriously doubt the tasteful picture to the left is an actual representation of this practice - I'm sure everyone looks this good, it's just that you can't get that beautiful accent lighting! In a practice where you're trying to avoid distraction, what do you think is more distracting— a sweaty shirt clinging to your skin or a naked practitioner on the mat next to you in happy baby pose? You decide. You can find studios that offer naked yoga in cities like Boston, New York, San Francisco and Salt Lake City. However, many of these classes are mostly men. Some are co-ed. |
